Port Olímpic presents Dijous de Vent, a series of introductory regattas open to the public to bring sailing closer to new audiences. The initiative, which is free to participate in, combines sailing with an expert skipper and a networking event at the end at the Nuara restaurant, located on the ground floor of Balcó Gastrònomic.
The third edition will take place on Thursday, September 18, and you can participate by entering a public draw, which is now available on Port Olímpic's Instagram profile (@portolimpicbarcelona).
A new nautical format for everyone

The activity is aimed at people with no previous experience, professionals, or simply sea lovers who want to discover sailing in a different way. The crews are made up of the winners of the draw and members of the port's nautical companies, with professional skippers as guides. |

Program for the day (5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
• 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Reception, welcome, and briefing at Port Olímpic
• 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Collaborative sailing regatta
• 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Refreshments and social gathering at Nuara restaurant
Collaborative impulse and commitment to continuity
Dijous de Vent is an initiative promoted by Port Olímpic and co-organized by the port's nautical companies, which take turns coordinating each edition. On this occasion, we have the support of the following nautical companies: Business Yacht Club Barcelona, Escola Port, Sailing Experience Barcelona, Más Navega, TurTur Experience, BDA Sailing, and Escuela Náutica Neptuno.
The initiative will celebrate its fourth edition this October and is intended to become a regular fixture in the city's nautical calendar.
With this initiative, Port Olímpic reaffirms its commitment to openness to the public and its commitment to inclusive, accessible, and vibrant sailing, capable of building community through shared experiences at sea.
